There are a series of themed conference rooms. Search engine company for apps. Wild West, Zen, Nautical - Kept escalators (floor to basement since retail). Did project as the General Contractor > Construction Manager > Vendors. Very short deadline. Clients were going to sue building. Got converted in one month.
